Charity Garden Party in aid of "Help for Heroes"

Thank you for inviting Velvet Touch/Black Velvet quartet to provide entertainment at your Charity Garden Party in aid of "Help for Heroes" held on Saturday17th July 2010.

It was wonderful to see all the colourful costumes appropriate for the 40's and 50's theme night and so pleasing to see the great Jiving couples who certainly demonstrated great Jiving & Rock n' Roll providing first class entertainment all evening.

Guests who participated in singing with the band added to the fun, and with the SUN shining all afternoon and evening made it a perfect day. You both were blessed with the great weather and rightfully deserve it for kindly hosting this event at  your wonderful home.

I must compliment you both for hosting such a good event for a very good cause where all the proceeds will be donated to "Help for Heroes".

As a token of rememberance of this great Charity Garden Party, I managed to take some photographs at random to try and capture some of the atmosphere, but unfortunately could not get everyone who were present at the occasion. Apologies for those I missed as I also had to play and fortunately with the quartet we could take turns playing thus able to provide non-stop music.

Driving force - Tasha

Dear Charlie

Just a quick note to say 'Thank You' for inviting my dance band Velvet Touch Trio to provide some lighthearted background music whilst all your Business Associates and Customers were celebrating your 30 years in successful business.

Observing whilst playing, I certainly could see everyone having a good time meeting up with yourself, Tasha and some of your team members.

As I always carry my little digital camera, I could not resist but take some photographs at the later part of the celebrations after all your invited customers had left and all your staff were in attendance ready to celebrate after work.

Everyone were all happy enjoying all the good food and drinks with Champagne flowing freely which we too enjoyed.

Pity I could not take photos of all your customers as I was entertaining at the time and it would have been nice to have some of the photographs when the entire large room was totally full.

Wishing you continued success to you and all your happy staff, and as you did give credit to your frontline lady Tasha, all I can add is that with every man's success there is an enterprising supporting lady who adds to the driving force so credit where it's due, Tasha is the Lady and wish her all the best too.
